30-DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURN WINDOW: If you are not fully satisfied with your Vykure precision rangefinder, you are eligible to initiate a return application within 30 calendar days after you successfully receive the parcel.
MANDATORY RETURN CONDITIONS (MUST MEET ALL STANDARDS)
β’ NEW & UNUSED ORIGINAL CONDITION: The returned rangefinder must be brand-new, never put into actual use, no surface wear, no scratch damage, no dirt contamination and no man-made traces of use.
β’ FULL SET COMPLETE & RESALABLE: All original factory packaging boxes, official matching accessories, product instruction manuals and all free complimentary gifts attached to the order must be returned together, with intact appearance and fully compliant with secondary sales standards.
NON-RETURNABLE EXCLUSION NOTE
Any product damage caused by customer improper operation and use, accidental drop and collision damage, or disassembly and unauthorized private repair without official permission will not be supported for any return application, and we have the right to reject the after-sales return request directly.
Please follow the standard process strictly to avoid delaying your refund progress, the whole process is transparent and efficient.
STEP 1: SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST
Take the initiative to contact our official customer service team within the valid 30-day return period, and provide your valid order number + specific detailed return reason completely.
STEP 2: GET OFFICIAL RMA AUTHORIZATION
After our customer service reviews and approves your application, we will issue an exclusive RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) official return authorization number and standard return shipping operation guidelines to you.
STEP 3: SEND BACK THE PARCEL OFFICIALLY
Please use a formal trackable logistics channel to send back the product. Under normal circumstances, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer; only if the product itself has official quality problems confirmed by our warehouse inspection, we will bear the return freight for you.
STEP 4: PROFESSIONAL WAREHOUSE INSPECTION & VERIFICATION
After we receive your returned parcel, the professional inspection team will strictly check the appearance, performance and complete accessories of the rangefinder to confirm whether it meets the return eligibility standards.
STEP 5: FAST ORIGINAL-PATH REFUND
Once the return qualification is fully approved, we will immediately arrange the refund, and the funds will be returned to your original payment account channel within the specified time limit.
β’ BANK CARD PAYMENT: Funds arrive within 3β7 business days after the refund is issued.
β’ CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: Funds arrive within 1β2 weeks subject to the bankβs official processing cycle.
The following fees cannot be deducted and refunded in any return order:
Original outbound shipping costs paid when placing the order, as well as all additional state taxes and import duties borne by the customer during the logistics process are all non-refundable items.
